Two Straight Wins in Tri-Counties have Rocks Back on Track!!!
The Hespeler Minor Atom A Shamrocks posted two straight wins over Caledon and Brampton over the weekend.

A Friday night affair in Caledon saw the Rocks post a hard-fought 3-1 victory in a chippy game and follow it up with another dominant victory over the Brampton 45s on Saturday afternoon. The final score on Saturday was 6-0.

The Friday night game featured a season-low in attendance for the Rocks faithful as a significant number of parents missed the game to help at the Party Rockers fundraiser dance.

Fortunately many of the boys did attend the dance after the game and let's just say they saved some of their best moves for the ladies in attendence!!!! You know what I'm sayin'!!! You know...you know!!!! (say it with the Will Smith/Fresh Prince of Bel-Air accent and it sounds better)
I'm so glad that the Team Reporter was able to teach them something this year.

Anyways, fortunately there was no post-Party Rocker hangover felt by the team on Saturday as they once again demolished the 45s in fine style.
A rowdy Brampton crowd was continually silenced throughout the afternoon by a constant Hespeler attack and a suffocating defence that limited Brampton to few scoring chances.

Playing an exceptional game in front of numerous family members was Adam Hoff. Something about going back to his old hometown brings out the best in Hoff as he seemed to find another gear on the ice throughout the match.

Great job Adam!!!

The Rocks next game is this Saturday vs Guelph at 2:15pm in Hespeler.
