Heart Breaker Overtime Loss
Not the preferred way to start off a series with an overtime loss. BUT this is a series and in the last TWO Tri-County series we have come out on top (including one that saw Woolwich win the first game), and you know they say Three Times a Charm!
Woolwich is a great team and is the same team that started this season! Our Shamrocks are NOT the same team that started at the beginning of the season. Each game our Rocks continue to grow and that is what makes them a very dangerous opponent!!!
Logan M. was amazing in net tonight including a text book save when facing a penalty shot! And with a beautiful pass Carter T. got our lone goal in the first! The Shamrocks had multiple chances but the luck of the Shamrock was not on our side tonight!
You'll get the next time! Keep up the team work, passing, and remember you can't give those Wildcat's an inch to move or they will pounce.
