Hespeler Hockey, through the Hespeler Skating club, is offering its members Power Skating sessions.
Dates and Times:
4 – 8 years Fridays 5:45-6:30 September 16 2016–November 18 2016 (10 sessions)
9 and older Tuesdays 4:45-5:30 September 20 2016–November 22 2016 (10 sessions)
Cost: $125.00
This program is a fast paced one geared towards the development of Balance, Power, Agility, Speed and Endurance in order to enhance the player’s skills in game play and practice drills.
All coaches are CanPower NCCP Skate Canada Certified.
Sessions with Full Ice are offered to players registered with HMHA only. FULL equipment is required (including mouth guards).
Hespeler Minor Hockey is proud to partner with the Hespeler Skating Club who has been teaching children in the community to skate for 47 years.
