Mandatory Body Checking Clinic for U14/U15
All U14 and U15 aged players (birth years 2008 and 2009) must attend the HMHA body checking clinic prior to attending Rep. tryouts.

Please note that attendance is mandatory if attending tryouts.

It is strongly recommended that players looking to "AP" to U15 Rep teams should also attend this body checking clinic.

HMHA has partnered with Mota Elite Hockey Skills to offer this required Body Checking Clinic.

There is no cost for registered players.

HMHA Body Checking Clinic Dates:

Friday, April 22nd – 8pm to 9:30pm
Wednesday, April 27th – 9:30pm to 11pm
Wednesday, May 4th – 9:30pm to 11pm

All checking clinic ice times are at Hespeler Arena.

Please note that a player’s attendance of an outside third-party checking clinic will not be accepted. All players must attend the HMHA checking clinic prior to their first tryout.
