The Hespeler Minor Hockey Association is proud to announce Caleb Bain as the recipient of the 2025 HMHA Scholarship. A player, volunteer, and role model, Caleb’s story is a true reflection of what it means to grow up through Hespeler hockey.
The HMHA scholarship is awarded to those HMHA athletes that have not only excelled in their minor hockey career but have also demonstrated leadership, sportsmanship, teamwork and volunteerism within the organization.
From the moment Caleb first walked into Hespeler Arena as a child, mesmerized by the zamboni, the cold ice, and the “big kid” players, Caleb knew hockey would be more than just a sport to him. Over the past 14 years, that passion has shaped him into a dedicated athlete, a supportive teammate, and a community-minded leader.
Now, Caleb is preparing for his next chapter—attending Georgian College this fall to study Sports Administration. We congratulate Caleb on this well-deserved recognition and look forward to seeing the positive impact he will continue to make in sport and in his community.
