2012-2013 HMHA Survey Results Are In!!!

The HMHA conducted a survey at the year end banquets and the results are in. 




2012-2013 Year End Survey Results

The HMHA Executive team would like to thank the close to 300 members who took the time to provide us with your feedback. We have found the feedback to be invaluable and will use the data to help focus our efforts to continue to shape this organization into one we can all be proud of and enjoy being a part of.

The complete results are posted here including YOUR comments in their entirety. We did our best to answer the questions and respond to the comments that people took the time to provide. We strongly encourage you to take some time and review the feedback. 

Here are some of the highlights:  
  • 276 surveys were completed
    • THANKS!!!!
  • Over 90 comments received and we responded to each one
    • That took some time!

  • OVERALL 98 % have visited the HMHA website and 96 % said it was helpful
    • Great results - We'll keep working on the website to keep this score high!

  • OVERALL 76 % feel communication with HMHA was Good
    • Definitely a low-light for us and we'll be working on this - starting with releasing the results of this survey.
    • Don't forget to follow us on Twitter and Signup for our newsletter (see the top of the home page) well be ramping things up as we get closer to the season. 

  • OVERALL ONLY 41% have signed up for email/text alerts
    • This is a useful feature. We'll promote it more. It's a must have for any busy hockey parent. 

  • OVERALL 92 % said the coaching interacted well with the children
    • Our coaches and bench staff work hard all year. Great to see they are appreciated!!!

  • OVERALL 90 % said their child felt good about the season
    • What a great score! But we want this to be 100%. Impossible? Well maybe, but we won't stop working until we are there. The kids are the whole reason we all do this.
