IMPORTANT CHANGE To Permission to Skate and Non-Resident Passports
Submitted By tonyh on Thursday, April 7, 2016
Permission to Skate (PTS) and Non-Resident Passport (NRP) pick up dates are cancelled. You must request your PTS and NRP forms online.

PTS and NRP forms are not available from the OMHA in March so we have had to change the process.

Please complete the online PTS and NRP request form here

PTS forms will be emailed to you by April 7th. You will need to print the form and present it at the first AAA tryout.

NRP forms must be picked up April 13th between 6:30pm and 8:30pm in the HMHA office at Hespeler Arena and presented at the first AA tryout.
