Minor Bantam A Shamrocks are Finalists!!!

The Hespeler Minor Bantam A Shamrocks are Finalists in the Toronto Maple Leafs and Under Armour Storm the Centre Competition!!!

Congratulations to the Hespeler Minor Bantam A team for qualifying to participate in the live Skills Gauntlet on Sunday November 20th at the Toronto Maple Leafs training facility in Etobicoke.

Not only did the team qualify by placing in the top 5 teams in the challenges competition, they finished tied for 1st place overall.   Various challenges were completed and videos were submitted to receive points toward the team rankings.   The teams amazing videos of the various challenges can be seen at the following team link.

The two winning teams from the gauntlet competition will spend an entire day at the Air Canada Centre.    The teams will learn from Leafs staff and alumni as well as learn how they train, how they practice – even how they eat. The two teams will then play a game on Leafs ice with all the bells and whistles in what is called The Armour Cup.
