Position Description:
The Initiation Program Director shall:
- Coordinate and assist coaches with practice plans and ongoing development of 4 to 7 yr. old players as set out by Hockey Canada’s Initiation Program.
- Assist Director of Hockey Operations with ensuring the necessary coach level/trainers courses are obtained.
- Assist the Registration Director with mandatory parent enrolment of Hockey Canada’s Respect in Sport – Parent Module.
- Carry out duties assigned by the Board or the President.
