HMHA is pleased to announce a partnership with True Grit Fitness and Conditioning (Cambridge Fitness and Wellness Centre). Their program specializes in core strength, flexibility, overall strength and sports conditioning.

Owner Peter Skropolis is the current trainer and therapist for the Cambridge Winterhawks and has programs for all ages, from beginner to elite athletes.
