Attach proof of payment for all development you are submitting for reimbursement.

Once the Team Development Expense Claim Form has been submitted, the HMHA Travel Director will verify all the above information for reimbursement.

If approved, the reimbursement of fees will be made by e-transfer to the email address provided.
