HMHA Checking Clinic



Any player attending HMHA tryouts for U14 and up must have attended a checking clinic or played with body checking in past seasons.  

In order to help facilitate this requirement, HMHA is hosting an on-ice checking clinic:
 
Apr. 6 - Hespeler Arena - 3 - 4:30 p.m.
Apr. 13 - Hespeler Arena - 3 - 4:30 p.m. 

There is no cost to attend. Players must attend both on-ice sessions to complete the checking clinic.

Note: If you do not attend one of these clinics, you may still tryout, but in order to do so you will need to provide proof that your player has attended a checking clinic at the first tryout. No player is allowed on the ice for tryouts without having attended a checking clinic. These clinics are only open to anyone considering HMHA for U14A or U15A tryouts in April and they must have played in Hespeler last season.
