Tryout Fees
Players are guaranteed at least 3 tryouts for A teams and 1 for BB teams. All tryout fees must be paid in full prior to the first tryout.
- $120 Tryout Fee for all age groups (excluding U18A, U15 Advanced LL and U16 Advanced LL).
- The fee includes all tryout ice times, development skates. Development skates are optional to attend.
- $110 U18A Tryout Fee
- No Advanced Local League Tryout Fees (Note: Advanced LL Players are still required to register to attend tryouts)

Prep Skate and Tryout schedules are subject to change and HMHA may decide to add, remove or combine Rep teams during tryouts. Please check the website for updates to the tryout schedule.
Body Checking Clinic Info
To be eligible for U14A, U15A, or U16A tryouts all players must attend and show completion of a body checking clinic in 2024 or played with body checking in the 2023-2024 season. The body checking clinic is included in the tryout fee for these teams.
BB Team Info
HMHA may offer BB teams at select ages depending on the number of players attending A tryouts. If HMHA offers BB teams, only players who attended and were released from A tryouts are eligible for BB tryouts. There will be no additional tryout fee required for BB teams.
Advanced Local League Info
Advanced Local League is open to anyone who played for HMHA last year and also Hespeler residents.
The U15 ALL team will consist of U14 and U15 players
The U16 ALL is only U16 players.
