18th Man Feels the love from Minor Bantams!
Abu's recovery continues and he has received our team picture of the boys holding his jersey!  Glenn, from One4another, reports that Abu loves looking down at his straight feet!  In a couple weeks, he will graduate to braces and begin walking.

Our care package to Abu, including his jersey, is leaving for Uganda next week.  In true Shamrock fashion, the bag is stuffed with Hespeler gear, colouring books, activity books, crayons and enough candy bars for Abu to share with his brothers and sisters...and probably his entire village!  Thank you to our Hockey Moms for organizing the care package and of course to Glenn for taking it to Abu.  We are all excited and can't wait to see Abu put on his jersey and open the rest of the bag!
