Champs at the U9 Full Ice Tournament
The team experienced every emotion the game can bring this weekend at the Hespeler U9 Full Ice Tournament.
Round robin play ended in heartbreaking fashion. Tied 7-7, the Burford Coyotes scored with less than a second left on the clock. It was a tough loss, but the Shamrocks regrouped and rallied in impressive fashion, winning a thrilling 4-3 victory over Stoney Creek in the semifinal Saturday night, punching their ticket to the T2 Championship. There, they delivered a strong team performance, shutting out the Norfolk Knights 2-0 to take home the trophy.
