PRE PLAY-OFF TEAM PARTY WE HAVE RENTED THE CAMBRIDGE KIPS CLUB NORTH CAMPUS FOR FEB 3 2013 12:15 TO 2:15PM. PLEASE HAVE YOUR CHILD THERE AT 12PM WITH A T-SHIRT AND SHORTS AS THEY WILL BE DOING VARIOUS GYMNATICS FOR THE FIRST HOUR FOLLOWED BY A PIZZA PARTY

CRAZY CHRISTMAS SWEATER!!!   This Saturday December 22 show up to practice wearing your CRAZIEST Christmas sweater!! If you do not have a crazy Christmas sweater use your imagination.

QUEST FOR THE CUP 2012 will take place this friday november 9, 6-8 pm at Centennial Public School. Please bring a helmet, gloves, practice jersey and mini-stick. Snacks and refreshments will be provided

This Wednesday's practice theme for the kids will be Backwards day! Please have your players come to practice dressed completely backwards. We'll make sure to have plenty of opportunity for pictures. Please note, for safety purposes this is only for pre practice, all equipment must be worn the correct way.

To kick off the beginning of a very fun filled season we would like to have a ROCKS TEAM SPIRIT DAY for the kids!!!  This means that all of the players and coaches should dress in their best Shamrock colours. The more wacky and creative the better! Prizes will be given out for creativity and enthusiasm. Team spirit day will take place at our next practice Wednesday night 7pm at Karl Homuth so please come to practice at 6:15 to allow time for our judges and to take some pictures.
