Minor Bantam A, 2016-2017, Rep A (Hespeler Minor Hockey Association)

On Thursday January 12th the team will have the privilege of having Mike Zettel as a guest coach. Mike grew up in Hespeler, having an illustrious hockey career as a player and later as a head coach in Canada and Europe. Mike will be sharing some of his on and off the ice hockey experiences before practice with the boys. Mike then will be running a typical practice just like he would for an European Elite hockey team he coached in the Deutsche Eishockey League.

Congratulations to the Hespeler Minor Bantam A team for qualifying to participate in the live Skills Gauntlet on Sunday November 20th at the Toronto Maple Leafs training facility in Etobicoke.   The site for the Storm the Centre competition can be found at the following link. https://www.nhl.com/mapleleafs/community/stormthecentre

There will be a parent meeting Monday May 16th, @6:30pm at Ernies Roadhouse, players are welcome to attend.

We have our first team exhibition game on Monday May 9th (tomorrow) in Brantford at the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre at 8:30pm. Players must arrive 45 minutes prior to game time. Dress code is in effect (dress shoes, pants, shirts, ties) NO HATS. Please ensure the players bring running shoes, shorts and T-shirts for warm up.
