Players of the Game: January 31st
On Saturday January 31st our Shamrocks hit the road for their first full-ice away game of the regular season. The Shamrocks faced off against the St. George Generals. The Generals bested the Shamrocks in this match-up but there were so many micro "wins" during the day as well. The Shamrocks continue to play a complete game of hockey with set plays, clean passing and lots of chances. St. George had an amazing goalie who was able to save so many shots. Players of the game were Harrison and William. Harrison is a solid defender who was back-checking, holding the line and forcing the opponent to make choices with the puck. William scored a beauty goal and continues to set the pace and be an unrelenting drive on the ice of heart and hunger. Well done boys, your team is proud of you.
