Right from the start this game was end to end Hockey and at 12:34 of the 1st Nick Voisin put White up 1-0 with an assist from John Burgess.
At the 10:08 mark of the 1st, and with a man in the box, a short-handed White goes up 2-0 with a quick goal from Brent Morgan assist Zach Aubreaht.
Blue got on the board at 9:32 with an unassisted goal by Jordan Hynds to draw Blue within one of White and just before the end of the 1st, Blue evens things up with his first goal ever by Jordan Summerfield which he one-timed into the net on a nice pass from Ben Hackett which was further assisted by William Funston.
The 1st period ended like it began, all tied up with the shots 9-5 in favor of Blue.

It seemed that this games momentum had shifted as Blue went up 3-2 at 9:23 of the 2nd with a real nice goal from Ben Hackett.  But the determination of White was rewarded by another goal a few minutes later when Brandon Paynter popped in a goal assisted by Shawn Kears to even things up at 3 apiece.
At 4:31 of the 2nd Chris Robertson of Blue scores the go ahead goal assisted by Jon Marc Gibson and Andrew Ignaicuk, however before this period was done, White stormed back to even it at 4 with a goal from Jamie Whittaker assist by Nick Voisin.

The 2nd period ended much like the first, all tied up with the shots in the period, 13-8 in favor of Blue.

The 3rd period was back and forth hockey, which didn’t see any team capitalize and the stellar goal tending from both sides of the rink.
Just as the period was drawing to a close at 3:49, Colin Decoste snuck one by Login Smith to put Blue up  5-4, assist by Dylan Savage.  Less than 12 seconds later White must have understood the urgency of the situation as they responded with the balancer from Brent Morgan’s second goal of the night assist by Brandon Paynter to square this one up at 5 each.
With 2:59 remaining in the game, Brandon Paynter put White up for good, assist by Geordie Paul.
In a valor attempt to save this one, Blue pulled their goalie which led to goal from White’s Brandon Tyzard, on what can be best described as a funky rolling puck that found its way into the open net to leave this one at 7-5.

Shots were 31-23 in favor of Blue.
