The tournament is being held by Lincoln Minor Hockey Association. (St. Catherine's area) Friday March 28th - Sunday March 30th. The arena is the Town of Lincoln Community Complex. It is for AE2, AE3 and AE 4 teams.
There will be Skills Competitions, 3 game guarantee. Much closer to the tournament we will receive game times etc.

I have reserved a block of rooms at the Best Western St. Catherine's Hotel & Conference Centre. The address is: 2 North Service Road, St. Catherine's, L2N 4G9. Each room has 2 Queen beds and a refrigerator. Cots are $10 per night. Only 4 persons per room. Per night room cost is $115 + tax. Includes a breakfast buffet that is available from 6:30am - 2pm. The hotel is 100% smoke free.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 11am.
All reservatons within our block can be modified or cancelled 24 hours prior to arrival. Additional nights must be cancelled 24 hours prior to departure.
Rooms must be reserved by Friday February 28th, 2014 or your room will be released to general sale.

Also, I have reserved a Hospitality room for the Saturday night from 6pm to 12pm in the hotel. We will be having a team potluck that night. I am asking that everyone participate and email me in advance with what you are contributing food/drink wise. Please remember that we have players with nut allergies.
Some potluck ideas are salads, pop/juice, meat and cheese tray, desserts, crock pot meals (we are limiting it to 1 meatball dish) lol, fruit trays etc.
Please save and print up this information so you have it handy come closer to tournament time.
I am asking that all players participate with at least one parent at the hotel, as this is a great team bonding experience for everyone and is always lots of fun!
There are strict rules at this hotel and I ask that all players and parents adhere to these rules and represent Hespeler Shamrocks with pride.
