Another Playoff Win
Adding another win with excellent passing and team work, great game Shamrocks!
Facing Erin at home Liam opened up the scoring for the Shamrocks in a fast paced first period that found the Shamrocks in their old form playing as a team.
The second period was opened with Zack adding a goal to the score board putting the Rocks up 2-0. The Shamrocks were able to kill off the Erin power play and when the Devils found themselves in the box Taylor was able to score a power play goal bringing the score to 3-0 Hespeler.
Erin was able to squeak one past our goal line just as a Hespeler penalty expired but our Rocks responded With Carter and Zack adding goals bringing the score at the end of the second period 5-1 Shamrocks.
The third period found both teams unable to add anymore damage to the score board ending the game 5-1.
Tonight's game is another example of how our Rocks can score when puck is passed and fore and back checking on done on a consistent basis!!!
